About the project
Bookear is our SaaS in production for beauty centers, spas, salons and barbershops. The premise is simple: stop coordinating appointments over WhatsApp.
It centralizes scheduling with room and equipment validation, 24/7 online booking, deposits, cash flow with ARCA integration, automatic reminders, supply tracking with automatic stock deduction per service, and a separate staff app with limited permissions.
End customers get their own portal with history, receipts, perks, points and gift cards. It's live with monthly subscription plans and a 14-day free trial.
